I logged in to your site using shared site details and it is getting changed for me by making changes in theme option as shown in the attached screenshot.
Do you see the change on your site now?

You can change menu font size from theme option as shown in the attached screenshot.
To change top bar contact details font size could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that i can help you to achieve it?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Please make sure you are using latest version of Jevelin theme on your site.
If you are using any cache then please clear or temporary disable it.
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

Yes you are right it is Maximum execution time that is causing this issue.

I can see you are using cache on your site so could you please try clearing cache or temporary disable it?
You have to read whole theme documentation to know how the theme works.
If you don’t know what is widget in WordPress which is basic thing in WordPress then you can find more information about it on the following page.
I logged in to your site and saw you are using older version of theme as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the following latest version of theme that i told you previously.
You have to remove / uninstall endurance page cache mu plugin.

Shufflehound teamAs said above you can’t get your content back as the new content overwrites it but if you take backup of your site then you can restore it.
I have tested it on your site and found the cache mu plugin is causing the issue as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please disable this mu plugin.

Column images. My images are full width, about 660*660 px.

To remove right hand side column add the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
