I logged into your shared website and saw you had added max-width to the first column containing the icon box as shown in the attached screenshot that I have removed and resolved the issue.
Could you please confirm it?

The website displays differently in the customizer as the screen size gets reduced due to customize sidebar.
You can change the footer social icons by editing the social widget added in the footer widget area of your website.

I visited your shared website and it seems this is causing because you are using the below CSS code on your website so please remove it.

If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

There is not enough space to display all menu items in one line therefore they display in two lines.
To display them in one line, you have to reduce the number of menu items.

I logged into your website and deactivated the Unyson plugin that resolved the issue.
You don’t need to activate the Unyson plugin as it is deprecated and replaced by the Redux plugin.

It seems this is happening because you are still using the old Unyson plugin and have not migrated to the new redux framework.
I resolved the issue by adding the below custom CSS code in the theme settings Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
Are you facing the same issue using the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Also, please don’t share sensitive information on the forum by adding it in the file as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.
Please change the shared user credentials on your website ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)” or send it on [email protected]

I logged into your website and saw the home page content has got corrupted on your website due to some reason.
The homepage is created on your website using the WPbakery page builder so please use the same WPbakery page builder to edit it.
Please note that you can use any page builder plugin but please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
To resolve the issue, please delete all the content on your website using the below plugin and reimport the demo content.

Also, please make sure that you have deactivated the Unyson plugin on your website as you are using the redux framework.

I am not sure which list of categories you are referring to because the pages don’t have categories so could you please describe a bit more in detail what you are trying to achieve?
