Hi @sonthona,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header:not(.sh-header-4):not(.sh-header-5):not(.sh-header-6) .sh-nav>li.menu-item{ padding-top: 30px; padding-bottom: 30px; } #page-container .primary-desktop-light .sh-header:not(.sh-sticky-header-active) .sh-nav>li>a{ background-color: #9595d4; padding: 0 15px; border-radius: 10px; }
You can change the color value in the above code to whatever you want to use by referring the following pages.

So I need to download the header.php file from the parent theme using FTP and then just transferring it to my child theme?
Yes
Would you recommend this?
Yes
Will this affect a lot for future parent theme updates?
Not until developer makes major changes in the parent theme header.php file in that case you have to also update your child theme header.php file.
The only way I have found is by editing header.php, any recommendations?
Have you tried following solutions?

Hi @LaceyStarkCo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
That is not part of the theme but the custom script that we have added on demo site to provide quick access to some pages.

You can try achieve this by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains some custom code.
You can remove that white space by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
section.sh-section-1f5e00761c4d0ee2a2656dc096b9f185 { padding: 10px 0px 100px 0px; } section.sh-section-1f5e00761c4d0ee2a2656dc096b9f185 #divider-fc7c80ac54c127fc3b25fc85003671f0 { margin: 0 0px 30px 0px!important; }

Hi @dmcdigital,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It seems your site or server is prohibiting theme to import demo content from github using cURL.
In this case we can install demo content manually.
Please tell me which demo content do you want to install?
Also could you please share me your site login details and site FTP or cPanel details so that i can do it for you?
You can share these details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”
