That works! However, I noticed the creation of a number of new pages, e.g. Basket, Checkout, my account, shop. Do I need these pages?
These are WooCommerce pages that you can delete if you are not using the WooCommerce on your website.
Next, how do I remove or hide the Jevelin logo? This is because it is currently showing up by default as I do not have a logo.
You can remove the logo by editing the custom header as shown in the attached screenshot.
In the event that I upload a logo, what is the size that I should use?
There is no required logo size.
For the Social Media icons, is it possible to retain the ones in the current menu? This is in contrast to using the one at the top navigation. ā I like the existing style more than the top navigation bar. In addition, I am able to show custom logo like Telegram.
There is no theme option to achieve this.
Solution for this topic
Hi Nicholas,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can hide the mega menu dates by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#header-navigation .post-meta-content span.post-auhor-date { display: none; }
Best regards,

You are most welcome here š
You have to hide the cart in the navigation as shown in the attached screenshot because you are not using WooCommerce on your website.
I logged into your website and hide it which resolved the error.
Could you please confirm it?
I have attached a screenshot of what I meant by the custom menu and what you have displayed in your shared screenshot are custom menus created using the page builder.
We don’t have any ETA for the feature but we will try to implement it soon.
Currently, to achieve this, you have to develop custom code.
Hi @voituski,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi Bart de Bruijn,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not a plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @deadlulu,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where the header and footer are not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @dineshraju05,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see it is center-aligned but there is not enough space for the PRIVACY POLICY link to display in one line.
You can adjust it for mobile using the Yellow Pencil editor in the responsive mode as described on the below page.

I logged into your website and it is working fine for me as shown in the first attached screenshot.
Now, you have to just set it in the theme header settings as displayed in the second attached screenshot.
I visited your website and saw you are using the custom header created using the WPBakery page builder and currently, the theme iPad option “iPad landscape navigation ā Enable or disable iPad landscape to use desktop navigation (experimental feature)” is not working for it.
I have created a feature request for it so that the iPad option will work for the custom header.
If you want to use the Yellow Pencil editor then you can just remove the specific CSS code that is causing the issue.
You can remove the CSS code from the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below pages.
https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/docs/managing-changes-on-entire-website/
https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/docs/managing-the-element-styles/
There is no other option than developing custom code to achieve this.
Are you getting any errors when installing the Yellow Pencil editor plugin?
Could you please share the screenshot of the screen where you are getting the error?
No, there is no online guide for it.
Please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the siteground optimizer cache that you are using on your website.
If you still face the issue then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I logged into your website and troubleshoot the issue by temporarily deactivating all the plugins and using the default WordPress Twenty Twenty theme but still the warning displays that means this is not an issue of the plugin or the theme.
This seems your WordPress setup issue so please try reinstalling the WordPress as described on the below pages.

https://kinsta.com/blog/reinstall-wordpress/
https://www.hostinger.in/tutorials/how-to-reinstall-wordpress
Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?
If you do then please set it to false.
This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.
Hi @3048036,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Shufflehound Recent Posts widget does not provide any such option.
This must be provided by any other plugin that you are using n your website so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether the option gets removed and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is displaying the option.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
The theme only provides the above-mentioned function to achieve this.
You have to create a custom header and use it on your website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
The topbar navigation only displays for the custom header template as shown in the attached screenshots.
