If you don’t want to display the counter animation then please just use the text element to display the numbers instead of the counter element.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and install the latest versions of the plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

There is no option to change it but you can try changing it by enabling the excerpt field for the projects using the custom plugin solution shared below and then add the custom text in that excerpt field.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so If you face this issue again then please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

How to customize post labels? I mean on the text. (Text also needs to be changed in dashboard/backend) Check the attachment.

Also, is there a way to disable the counter so I just have numbers displayed without any animation or loading to that number?

I logged into your website and saw that the copyright bar was deactivated on your website in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot so I activated it and it started displaying on all pages.

Yes, you have to overwrite the header-3.php template file that I have added in the attached Gillion child theme.
You are using an older version of PHP on your website as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
Also, I visited the post on your website and saw you have either not set a featured image or it is corrupted as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please set it?
I could confirm the issue using the “WooCommerce Products (dynamic)” element, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Alternatively, you can create the pricing table yourself using the WPBakery page builder element as displayed in the attached screenshot.
You can copy the whole row as displayed in the attached screenshots.
From your third shared screenshot, it seems you are using Yellow Pencil editor but instead you should use the WPBakery page builder.
To use the WPBakery page builder, first activate it from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
