I could confirm the issue on your website.
It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I have another issue with the customization, when I want to add post,carousel sliders,etc from your templates in wp bakery, seems like some dont get displayed as your template.
Could you please share the page URL from your site and also the page URL from the theme demo website where it is displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?

I can still see you are using older version 4.6.8 of the theme on your website so please update it to the latest version.
I can see you have added the project base and project page slug the same which seems to cause the issue so please try using it differently.

Could you please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the autoptimize cache plugin that you are using on your website?

3- Would it be possible to add it in a future update? would be nice to be able to compare few products with the widget that you have.
We will consider implementing it If we get more number of requests for the feature.

Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
You don’t need to purchase the slider as it comes free bundled with the theme that you can install from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

The theme doesn’t provide the feature to search for products by SKU.
You can use the below plugin to achieve this.

What do you mean that your website is not online yet? Do you mean it is not publicly accessible and you don’t have any website domain URL?
