I tested it and it’s working fine for me on the iPhone device.
It’s just taking a bit of time to display as you have applied animation slide in effects to the portfolio images.
I got a reply from the theme developer as below.
At the moment that feature uses add_image_size with 600×600 image size and if images is smaller than 600×600, then the image is not being cropped.
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Gillion theme.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I can see a javascript error on your website causing the issue.
It seems the theme jQuery script is causing the issue as jQuery is updated in the latest WordPress version 5.5
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
