Hi @mwaldo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Issue #1:
I used Jevelin for my first website successfully and liked it. I decided to purchase a second instance of Jevelin to use on a separate website and domain but I’m having trouble with it as follows:In my first website, I was able to rename the Blog as Podcast and then have “Podcast” show up as the header on each of my posts. See attached screenshot – 1.
In my second instance of Jevelin for my new site, I was able to rename the Blog page as Podcast, but I can’t figure out how to change my post headers to say Podcast instead of Blog post. See attached screenshot – 2.
You can change it from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
Issue 2:
On my second site, I want my Latest Podcast Episode posts (which are essentially my blog posts as noted above) to show on my home page like I did with my first site (see image 3.)I can’t seem to figure how to how to do that with the Startup home page I selected even though I did it before.
Could you please share your both site URLs where it’s displaying so that I can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
Hi @mwaldo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Jevein theme does not provide a blog post editor but WordPress provides it.
The latest version of WordPress provides a new Gutenberg editor and If you want to use old classic editor then you can do so using the below solutions.

Hi @valentinoad,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems from your shared error message that the Slider Revolution plugin folder already exists on your website causing the issue so please delete it from the below path on your website server.

Hi @yhatzis,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please see the answer posted on the below topic for a similar question.

I logged into your website and saw you are using an outdated version of PHP on your website as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
It is created using the Blog Posts content element as shown in the attached screenshots.
The newly shared credentials are working.
I can see the dropdown menu works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is the issue resolved now?
I’ve installed the beta version of the theme, but am still getting an error when trying to import the demo content. I’ve tried creating another new blank site, but get the same result.
Are you importing the demo content created using the Wpbakery or Unyson page builder?
I was wondering if it’s possible for me to import the demo content in a different way, e.g. by importing a Zip file, or if there’s another way to resolve this problem?
No, there is no manual way to import it.
If this is not possible, we have the Jevelin theme installed on another (production) blog and the demo content successfully installed, but it’s developed display errors since a recent update, and it’s not possible for us to update the Pages on the site or the home page any longer. The home page is also displaying oddly since updating to WP 5.4.1
If we could fix the problem with this site, we wouldn’t need the demo content imported again on another site – if this is easier. I’ve included the URL below. Credentials are the same, but this is a live site, so we won’t be able to delete content etc.
This can be a child heme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Have you created the Trendy style gallery view using the Unyson page builder or WpBakery page builder?
Do you want to display it as shown on the below page?

Could you please share the page URL from your site where you want to display it so that I can help you?
How do I add a background like the demo page?
You have to add a background image to the section that I did on your website as shown in the attached screenshots.
How do I get rid of the top bar When you click on a photo?
You have to edit the portfolio page and disable the title bar in it as shown in the third attached screenshot.
That solution is only to change carousel speed.
That solution may work and you will find the scripts.js file in the Jevelin theme directory as shown in the attached screenshot.
I visited your shared website and it displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache and also clear the WP-Super-Cache that you are using on your website.
Hi @ot.tremelin,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @stephaneperrin,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
These are the errors generated by jevelin-child theme so please make sure that you are using updated Jevelin theme templates files in the Jevelin theme.
