I logged into your website and saw you had not set a portfolio cover image which I have set now and it started displaying fine as shown in the attached screenshots.
Please confirm.
Now, just created more portfolios on your website assign them categories and cover images.
@Stacey To update the WpBakery page builder plugin, first update the theme to the below latest version.

Then delete and reinstall the WpBakery page builder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
You need to update the theme that way as this is a premium theme and not a free theme released in WordPress themes repository.
I could confirm the issue on your website but not sure why this is happening.

As said above, I can see the javascript error on your website front end and this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I updated the Slider Revolution and WPbakery page builder plugins on your website from the below path as shown in the attached screenshot.

TheΒ WP All Import Pro plugin was causing an issue in the admin area so I have deactivated it on your website so please contact the WP All Import Pro plugin support to resolve the issue.
