It seems that the plugin is conflicting with the theme functionality but not sure which part of the plugin code is doing this so better to contact the plugin support to do it.
@hbrowne It seems I can’t install below plugin on your website to delete all the content as I don’t have sufficient privileges.

You can import the demo content on your website using a new demo content installation method as described on the below page.

If the demo content does not import correctly then please reset & delete all the imported content using below plugin and then import the demo content again.

Before importing the demo content, please make sure that you have activated all the theme required plugins from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

You said in your initial reply that you want to do this only for the posts therefore I have shared the CSS code accordingly.
Do you want to make changes to your whole website on all the pages?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Your website is hosted locally so I can not access and troubleshoot it.
You don’t need to make it mobile-friendly as it should happen automatically but it seems not the case with your website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Currently, there is no setting to do that.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.

You can move it to the top by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

You can link the mobile menu social media icons by editing the header template as shown in the attached screenshot.
