Solution for this topic
It seems you are using a custom header template on your website and you can disable its sticky header functionality by editing the header template as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you can’t do that using Yellow Pencil editor or If it is not possible with Yellow Pencil editor then you have to develop custom code to achieve it.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Awesome great to see you got that worked.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Hi @globalobserver,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.

Hi Dorian,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me how you are personalizing an element?
Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

Now, activate the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin again and remove the custom CSS code used in it as described on the below pages.

Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”.
I used your shared login credentials but getting an error “The login credentials you entered are incorrect. Please try again.”.
Please make sure that the shared credentials are correct and working fine.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
