I logged into your website and confirmed the issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

As said above, the Unyson full width section only works in the page having full width layout and not posts.
Are you trying to do it for posts?
If yes then instead try using the below CSS code.
.single-post #page-container .container.entry-content { width: 100% !important; max-width: 100% !important; }

Have you made sure that you are using the above latest version of the theme?
You can achieve it using the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Thank you for sharing the site login credentials but it is not for admin user account so I can’t access mega menu settings.
Could you please change the shared user account to admin account so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
