I visited your shared page but didn’t see any spacing issue on it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Yes, you are right as it is plugin territory and the WordPress themes are primarily used for designing websites and not to provide functionality.
Solution for this topic
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you have enabled Custom Fields in the new WordPress editor as shown in the second attached screenshot.
Hi @caleb,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared website and it seems the fontawesome icon file is still loading from oks.f5e.myftpupload.com so it seems you have not pushed your staging website properly to your main domain.
You can properly move your website to a new domain as described on the below pages or contact your web host to resolve the issue.

You have used relative URL in the menu such as #gallery buy instead you should use absolute URL as https://www.yourwebsite.com.bn/#gallery
We have already developed and shared custom plugin solutions for the users long ago on the below topics but those solutions were not working for you and you developed your own solution and now again it is not working for you so we need to reproduce the issue somewhere to troubleshoot it, therefore, I have asked about it.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/hide-mobile-menu-on-click/#post-5380
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/main-menu-on-mobile/#post-47622
As you have created custom header using WPbakery page builder, therefore, universal solution won’t work for you as markup will be different.
I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Glad it worked for you now.
Sure, we will troubleshoot it.
You are most welcome here 🙂

Hi @savethecat,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme allows you to add CSS, JavaScript code and Google Analytics ID as displayed in the attached screenshot.
If you want to add any other code then you can do so as described below.

Yes, it will be fixed in the next theme update.
In the meanwhile, you can just use the older version of the theme that is not causing you the issue.
You are most welcome here 🙂
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Hi @RaihaAhmed,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
I don’t get that wobbly effect.
Could you please test it using a different browser?
@chavba Sorry for that.
I visited your shared website and saw it is working fine by closing the menu on mobile on clicking on menu item.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

Hi @TheMakoBrothers,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I removed that space by setting slider in the Titlebar Revolution Slider option and removing the slider added in the page content as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is it displaying fine for you now?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
i have a problem with the structure on the blog of the jevelin theme.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

Yes, it is compatible with yoast seo plugin.
Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you are getting?
