    You can change the image size in the WooCommerce customizer settings as displayed in the attached screenshot and as described below.

    https://atlantisthemes.com/woocommerce-single-product-image/

    After changing the size to 400, you have to regenerate the thumbnails.

    Hi @pixlus,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    The thumbnail displayed on the single post page is of size 1200px X 675px so you need to make sure that you are using the images having a minimum that size.

    Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    For the Treatment Page – I have configured the filter to only show 4 categories and somehow only 3 categories are shown.

    I visited your shared Solutions page but it is not accessible and just displays 404 page not found error.

    Please make sure that it is accessible.

    For Product Page – I don’t need the filter, in which I’ve set to ‘None’ however upon page load, ALL categories of portfolio came out which includes those meant for ‘Treatment Page’

    I can see the filter is not displayed on that page as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please tell me exactly what is the issue there?

    Hi @anth010,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can remove it by using the CSS solution shared in the below topic.

    .jssocials-share.jssocials-share-googleplus {
        display: none;
    }

    Best regards,

    Solution for this topic

    I can see the below CSS code is still there on your site so please remove it.

    #header-mobile .sh-header-mobile-navigation {
        position: fixed;
    }

    There isn’t any suggested width but If you want to display it full width then you have to use the image having with as wide as possible so that it will not display stretched on larger resolution screens.

    Hi @CBDFactum,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I tried to visit your shared site but couldn’t access it as it just displays the message “This site can’t be reached”.

    Could you please make sure that your shared site is accessible so that I can help you?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

    I can’t access your shared site as it just displays the message “UNDER CONSTRUCTION”.

    Could you please make your site accessible or would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    It displays the body background color which is white and you can change it to black from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hi @djtore,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    hello i noticed this random error code can you help me get rid of it? even if i delete post it appears on another one, please see attached picture,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Gillion theme and Unyson plugin.

    Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
    http://php.net/supported-versions.php

    Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?

    If you do then please set it to false.
    This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.

    olsow can you tell me how i make the posts clikable, as how to have visitors open a post just buy clicking on image and not just the title of the post thank you

    To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.

    Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support

    If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

    when does the blog page (JOURNAL) issue get resolved? it still displayes “Home” in the title.

    It will be resolved soon.

    In the meanwhile, you can just hide it from the page header settings by editing the page.

    Awesome great to see you got the answer found.

    Please advise if you have more questions.

    Have a fantastic day!

    Hi @davey1975,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Please make sure that the images are larger enough in width that they don’t have to stretch to display full width.
