This is not working because you are using some invalid CSS code on your site so please try adding the shared CSS code at the beginning of your existing CSS code.

Hi @smaxdesignsau,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Does it display fine for you using the default WordPress Twenty Seventeen theme?

Hi @Adapt,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The maps on the shared demo page are displayed using Unyson Google map content element so please make sure that you are using the same element.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @envigor,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you have designed the page using Brizy page builder causing the issue so please try deactivating the Brizy plugin.

Hi @WYNaccess,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

I am not sure what you are referring to “image settings” so could you please share the screenshot of it?
You are most welcome here š
Thank you for sharing the site details.
The basket/cart icon does not appear on mobile. It displays correctly on desktop view but then on mobile itās not displayed at all. Iām using the āLogo/menu center (icons in logo area)ā header setting in the theme setup with āElements ā WooCommerce Cart Iconā enabled.
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I need to add additional filters to the shop page, but when I navigate to the Shop Widget and add further items they are not reflected on the front end. It appears something has been hard coded and it will only display the original 3 (Product Search, Product Categories and Products by Rating). If I remove the product search that does then disappear from the shop page so itās definitely the active widget on that page.
Could you please share me the screenshots of the screen where you are adding it so that I can troubleshoot it?
Our store uses categories and sub-categories. The above mentioned shop widget displays on the main category listing page, but when you then click through to the sub-category listing page itās no longer displayed. Can this be fixed? It would also be nice to have the shop widget displayed on the product listing page to improve user navigation and experience, whether as standard or as an option in the theme settings. Thereās currently not a clear and easy way for visitors to go back and sideways across the store.
That widget is provided by WooCommerce plugin so please contact the WooCommerce plugin support to achieve this functionality.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text āEnter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)ā?
Hi @poojamitra88,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @dl703,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can hide duplicate one by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.saboxplugin-wrap { display: none; } #content .saboxplugin-wrap { display: block; }

Could you please just remove the latitude & longitude and just add the address of the location in the map settings?
