I logged into your site and saw you had disabled the Post View count in your theme settings so I have enabled it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Now slowly after some time the posts will start appearing in the Popular post tab.

Currently, the theme doesn’t provide this feature but we have considered this as a feature request and will be implemented in the future version of the theme.

3. It asks to activate the plugin
Yes, it asks to activate the plugin but as said above you don’t need to activate it so ignore that message and close it on clicking on the close icon.
You have to use four different widgets in the Footer Widgets area to display that section as shown in the attached screenshot.
That is what I have answered above that you can find the new demos in the import demo section as shown in the attached screenshot.
You have to just make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.

The WPBakery Page Builder and slider revolution plugins are bundled with the theme so you don’t need to activate it and there is no activation code.

The SVG logo is not supported in the header so you have to develop custom code to achieve this.
And how do remove the little flag of the US that’s stuck at the bottom of the site?

That flag is displayed on your site by translatepress-multilingual plugin that you are using on your site so please contact the translatepress-multilingual plugin support to remove it.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
