If the testimonial still doesn’t work then please contact Hummingbird plugin support to configure its settings correctly.

This all happened because you are using two editors to edit the same page causing the issue.
I resolved the issue by restoring the last revision of the page.
Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the page content.
If you want to edit that page now then please do it by using Unyson page editor as shown in the attached screenshots and not the WPBakery page editor as the page is created using Unyson page editor.

I understood the issue now.
Please clear and temporarily deactivate the Hummingbird and any other Cache that you are using on your shared site so that I can troubleshoot it.
Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be misused by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
Could you please tell me which browser and phone you are using?
If possible please try using a different browser to check whether it is a browser-specific issue.

You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

You have not updated the theme on your shared site so, please update it as described above.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

You can style the submit button using Yellow pencil editor as described above but if you can’t then please create a separate topic for it.
