    Solution for this topic

    Hi @thedigitmark,

    Thank you for your question.

    I didn’t install contact form 7 before I installed the demo content.

    Could this be the reason?

    Yes, this is the reason.

    Now activate the contact form 7, create a form in it and configure it to display on your site by editing the content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi @thedigitmark,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I don’t see any error message in your shared log and instead, it says “The import files for: Startup (WPbakery Page Builder) were successfully downloaded!”.

    Please advise.

    Best regards,

    Hi @aufregend,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #page-container span.sh-list-icon {
        margin-bottom: 7px;
        display: block;
        float: left;
    }

    Best regards,

    Hi @CommandPost,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I visited your shared site on the latest Firefox browser and it is displaying fine for me.

    If possible could you please test it on a different system.

    Also please try clearing the cache and temporarily disabling the Autoptimize cache that you are using on your site.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Solution for this topic

    I have resolved the warning message on your site.

    Also, resolved the spacing issue by aligning elements as shown in the attached screenshots.

    To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

    If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.

    We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.

    Thank you for the detailed information.

    I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Solution for this topic

    The developer has temporarily disabled the Cloudflare proxy so could you please try it again?

    in reply to: ERROR IMPORTING DEMO

    I visited your shared site and saw the counter is working fine as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    Hi @alexishughes657,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    I need to log into your site and see the content of that page in the admin area of the site to troubleshoot the issue.

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Also, please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described hereΒ https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    Solution for this topic

    Please try changing the above shared CSS code as following.

    .single-post article .post-type-content .post-thumbnail {
        display: none;
    }

    I can see in the theme file /gillion/inc/widgets/about-us/views/widget.php the following code added o line number 16 is displaying the large image, therefore I have notified the theme developer so that it will be changed to smaller image size.

    gillion_get_small_thumb( $atts['image']['attachment_id'], 'large' );

    In the meanwhile, please change the ‘large’ to any of the below values on your site.

    gillion-square-small

    gillion-square-micro-landscape

    gillion-portrait

    Let’s find out why this is happening.

    Please do the below things on your site and check after every changes whether the images display fine.

    1. Use Gillion theme instead of the child theme.
    2. Remove custom CSS code added in the Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
    3. Remove CSS code added using Yellow Pencil Editor or disable the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin

    Hi Mirco,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    It’s an English forum and most of the members including me here only understand the English language so it would be better if you post on the forum in English.

    If you don’t know English then you can translate your statements in English using the following Google translator and then add here the translated English text.

    https://translate.google.co.in/

    I have translated your statements in English as follows.

    Good morning,

    The social media counter disabling the demo mode doesn’t work for me, how can I solve it?

    Do you mean it doesn’t display on your site or displays wrong counter?

    Have you configured the widget settings?

    Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
