This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Yes, the theme supports RTL but it does not mean different logos, images or graphics for different languages.
Your shared site just keeps loading indefinitely and doesn’t finish loading so I can’t access it.

Stop the page from reloading. This way we can track the conversion using Event Tracking.
Reload the page but take the user to a thank you page which has a different URL from the original landing page URL. This way we can track the conversion using a Destination tracking.
You can achieve this using contact form 7 plugin and its form as described in the below topic.

The theme developer logged into your site and found out it is your WordPress install related issue so to resolve the issue please reinstall the WordPress on your site but do take backup of your site before reinstalling it.

This is because when you add a section with WP Bakery then you can control yourself whether to add padding or not by editing the section or row elements of WP Bakery which provides you more control to customize it.
