Hi MP,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to ask “Easy Updates Manager” plugin support to know why this is happening.
You can always update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi @mjejun,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The 504 error is a server related error that you can resolve as described in the below pages.

Please make sure that the slider revolution plugin is active on your site when you import the demo content so that the slider images get imported.
If it still doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I logged into your shared site but didn’t see woo recent product section used on it as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please tell me where you have added it?
It is not working because the HTML code is changed on your site so please try using below custom CSS code instead of above.
body > div > .sh-section:last-child,
.home #content > .fw-page-builder-content section.sh-section:last-child {
padding-bottom: 0;
}Solution for this topic
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header:not(.sh-header-4):not(.sh-header-5):not(.sh-header-6) .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a {
padding-top: 30px !important;
padding-bottom: 30px !important;
}This can be the issue of W3 Total Cache used on your site so please clear its cache and temporarily disable it.
I logged in to your shared site and saw you are using an outdated version of PHP as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
Also, your address is incomplete so please add the complete address along with country in the Google map setting as displayed in the second attached screenshot.
Also, this can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Please don’t post usernames or passwords on the forum, as this is a public forum so please change the shared credentials ASAP.
You can share it privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)” as described above.
I tried to log into your site but I get an error screen as shown in the attached screenshot when I try to access log in screen.
