Those are the social share buttons so you don’t need to configure any link to make it work.
You can just configure which buttons to display on the site as displayed in the above shared screenshot.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme.
Please note that the whatsApp button only works in mobile.
If any other button is not working on your site then please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and check for plugin conflict as described in the above reply.
What is displayed in the shared screenshot is a standard feature of WordPress and we are responsible to help you if it is not working or displaying for you.
But it is working fine for you and you want to customize it according to your need which is custom requirement and you need to develop custom code to achieve this.

This is a known issue which occurs when we use Gutenberg editor.
This issue will be fixed in the future version of the theme.

But I don’t understand this well.

suddenly wordpress is very slow

There isn’t any theme option to control when to display the ‘scroll to top’ button.
To control it, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
