I have installed the latest version of gillion theme which u have provided me but still the footer is visible in category & 404 page. (The footer widgets option is disabled)
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Along with that I am still waiting for the update of post bookmark issue in mobile UI.
You will be notified here when it will be fixed soon.
Also there are some concern which I want to raise.
1.The mobile UI is bery less reponsive and some time stuck in scrolling.
2.performance is very low
3.Can we get a Social auth login feature?
4.Can the header for the menu be tranparent when user scroll to read the content in blog post.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Solution for this topic
I apologize, I didn’t test my link. I meant the “simple and clean” demo. That should make more sense. It appears I can not copy the link over to the demo page.
My best guess is somehow in the Blog Customization menu, your team has combined the Blog Style as “Large (centered)” and “Grid”.
You can enable featured post in the Blog page settings as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Edit: also if you don’t mind me asking, “Asign menu” is in the top left hand corner for every user that accesses the page. How can I remove this without hiding the black bar?
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you?
basically as I did not create any content yet I should not be affected Gutenberg stuff right?
Yes, you are right.
Hi @soky,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try achieving this using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

Hi Rocio,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header-right-side .sh-table-full { display: block; }

Hi @towcar,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you are talking about the section as displayed in the attached screenshot then it is displayed in the header using the revolution slider.

Also, you adviced to install the latest version of the theme but as i can see it’s in a beta version. So, is it going to be problem in future?other than I have question that if all my option in hosting server and wordpress dashboard autoupdate for theme is enable then how come I have to go through the manual installation for theme latest update.
No, it won’t have any problem as it is well-tested version and Beta is just a text displayed there.
Only WordPress minor releases are auto updated and not the theme so you have to update it as described in the below page.
thanks a lot, what I don’t get is how can I get to those settings, in my pages menu I get what you see in the attached image.
You have to edit that home page then in the edit screen you will get Page Settings section.
Is your theme safe if I upgrade to latest worpdress version?
Yes the Jevelin theme is compatible with latest WordPress version.
The WordPress 5.0 came with Gutenberg editor as a default editor so to retain the content of old pages, you have to switch from Gutenberg editor to old editor using classic editor as described in the below pages.
I resolved the issue by resaving your site permalink settings and disabling the “Blog Featured Post” option of Blog page settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm whether it is working fine now?
Could you please share me the screenshot of settings where you have disabled the footer widgets?
Also I can see you are using older version of Gillion theme so please try using the below latest version of theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
No. Only for the posts where the javascript code is displaying as shown in your shared screenshots.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Happy New Year…!!!
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure you have activated the Revolution Slider plugin and then reimport the shop demo content.

Hi @HW3003,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems happening because in the Post Grid settings you have added Total items to 5 as shown in the attached screenshots so please change it to how many items you want to display.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The blog pagination page as shared in the private information field is not working on your site so please make sure it is working to troubleshoot the issue.
I want you to add text in the excerpt field of pages as described in the below page where you are getting that output.
Please make sure you have enabled footer widgets in the theme footer settings and added widgets in the footer widgets area as shown in the attached screenshots.
Hi @stephangaul,

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to achieve it?
Also have you tried theme header and titlebar settings as displayed in the attached screenshots?
