Maybe we are misunderstanding each others so it would be better If you share me the screenshots from your site front-end and widgets area then tell me exactly how you want it to display.
I am not sure exactly why it is conflicting.
You can ask it to your web host and they may change some ModSecurity settings.
It is working fine for me on your shared site as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
The custom coding is not part of support and yes we do help sometimes to users by developing custom CSS code if it doesn’t take much time.
Your this custom code request will take time so we can’t develop custom code in this case for you.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @swl126,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @swl126
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I am not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve so could you please describe it a bit more in detail by sharing the screenshot and your site URL so that I can help you?
You can make any styling changes on your site using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

Solution for this topic
You can change hamburger menu color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.primary-mobile-light .sh-header-mobile:not(.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active) .c-hamburger:not(.is-active) span, .primary-mobile-light .sh-header-mobile:not(.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active) .c-hamburger span:before, .primary-mobile-light .sh-header-mobile:not(.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active) .c-hamburger span:after { background-color: rgba(80,80,80,1) !important; }
When I enable headers on the homepage it adds a horrible black background to the header and cuts off the slider.
Please enable it again and make it transparent as described in the following topic.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/transparent-header/#post-2187
I didn’t get your site login details so could you please share it again and also send it on [email protected]
Why did the theme installation fail on your site and how are you installing it?
Please install it as described in the below pages.
No there isn’t any other option without developing custom code.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Solution for this topic
Please try changing above shared CSS code as following.
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .sh-portfolio-overlay-style-overlay4 .sh-portfolio-image .sh-portfolio-overlay4 { background: transparent !important; } .sh-portfolio-overlay-style-overlay4 .sh-portfolio-image .sh-portfolio-overlay4 .sh-portfolio-overlay4-categories, .sh-portfolio-overlay-style-overlay4 .sh-portfolio-image .sh-portfolio-overlay4 .sh-portfolio-overlay4-title { display: none; } }
Now I can’t access your site using shared credentials.
Please make sure that it is accessible.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Thank you for providing valuable information.
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Hi @joanna,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please use the below latest theme version and make sure that you have activated Unyson plugin and its portfolio extension.
Please login to access this file
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

If you still face the issue after doing above then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Best regards,
