I logged into your shared site and installed the latest version of theme on the site without any issue.
Could you please confirm it?
You can remove that text by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:
define('WP_DEBUG',true);You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.
Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you get white screen.
Please try deleting and reinstalling the latest version of theme.
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

You don’t need to change hosting provider but just ask them to update PHP to the latest version.
Please update the theme manually as described in the below pages or share me your site FTP details.

Please clear and temporary disable the rocket cache that you are using on your shared site.
Also please update the theme to the below latest version.

I made the changes in your site theme settings as displayed in the attached screenshot and it started working fine.
Could you please confirm it?
I logged into your site and found you were using below custom CSS code which was hiding your site header therefore I have removed it from your site and the site header started displaying fine.

Shufflehound teamThis can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.
Have you used Yellow Pencil editor in responsive mode?
