Yes we can change the logo developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where you want to change the logo and also share me logo image URL from your site so that I can help you to achieve it?
I logged into your site and saw you have not configured the Social Counter widget options as shown in the attached screenshot so please configure them with appropriate details to make it work.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.

We will update the plugin bundled with the theme in very theme version so you don’t need to purchase it.
Just make sure you are using below latest version of theme and then just delete the slider revolution plugin and install updated one from Appearance -> Install Plugins

I can give you the FTP access, and you can change the haccess file according to your needs.
I can try to create another contact form with a plugin. But yours is very beautiful
I think instead of these it would be better If you share me screenshots of all contact form settings and also where it is working and where not.

The theme provides bookmarking functionality only to logged in users.
If the user is not logged in then he gets log in popup as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you want to make it work for non logged in users then to to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

You can’t change the numbers as they are fetched dynamically from social sites.
You can configure them in your site Shufflehound Social Counter widget as shown in the attached screenshot.
