No it is only for that specific page.
Also after enabling that option please make sure you have enabled the comments in that page using the option as shown in the attached screenshot.

I still don’t see it but I can see you are using responsive-menu-pro plugin on your site which may be causing the issue so please try temporary deactivating the plugin.

Yes I can see it in your shared screenshot but not on your site therefore I am asking you does it display on specific page or on specific browser?
In that case you can use email address such as gmail.
Please check whether test email gets sent from that contact form.
If it still doesn’t then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?

You have to just install and activate the shared custom plugin which will resolve image counter issue.
After activating the custom plugin do you still get image counter issue?
If yes then please share me page URL so that I can troubleshoot it.

Unyson is only theme required plugin.

It seems you have already installed the Unyson plugin on your site so please delete existing plugin to reinstall it.
If you don’t see it in the plugins section then you can remove plugin directory on the path /wp-content/plugins/unyson/ in your WordPress install.
