Alternatively would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
You can contact themeforest for refund where you have purchased the theme.
The theme is being used by thousands of users on thousands of websites and nobody face this issue except you so it does not seem a theme issue.

As your site is not accessible for me so I don’t understand now what you are getting after making changes and how you want it to display so could you please share me updated screenshots?
I can only troublehsoot it if you have website error logs when it happened.
You can contact your web host to get it.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Not sure exactly why the plugin doesn’t work well with theme but could you please could you please contact the plugin developer to find out exact reason?

Could you please make sure that your site can access Github repository ThemeFuse/Unyson-Shortcodes-Extension and no firewall or security system restricting it?
Alternatively you can install extensions manually as described in the following page.

Please make sure to set correct file permissions on your WordPress files as described in the following pages and also contact your web host to know whether it enforces any restrictions.

Alternatively, you can edit that by accessing your site using FTP or cPanel file manager.

Please do take backup of your site regularly so that if anything goes wrong then we can recover it.
I am not sure why the About Us page got corrupted on your site which you have to create new one but you can use Unyson page builder on other pages as shown in the attached screenshot.
Yes I logged into your site and tried importing the demo which didn’t work due to some unknown reason.
That’s why I am requesting you to delete all the Blog sliders created by importing demo content in the Slider Revolution plugin settings and Slide to slide page then reimporting the Blog demo content again.
Your shared site credentials are not working for me now.

I logged in to your site and can create new pages and edit existing one except About Us page.
As asked previously could you please tell me which page editor were you using to create pages?
Have you used unyson page editor or brizy editor?
You can just create new About Us page.
