I’m currently setting up conversion tracking for adwords and wondered how best to add the Global site tag to each of my web pages? And then how to add an event snippet tag to just one individual page?

I wondered also if my Google Analytics ID (already inputted in custom code section) would act as a form of global site tag? And I wanted to ensure one wouldn’t affect the other.
Yes it is Global site tag and may affect other so please test it.

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

To use decimal point you have to develop custom code by overwriting following theme file in Jevelin child theme.
/jevelin/framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/counter/views/view.php

Restoring an old revision does nothing as the page builder still is not working? I can see the revision code on the backend but it does not reflect when I try to restore it.
I do not want to recreate the page before the issue is resolved as I would hate this to happen again.
I am not sure why this happened for you just adding the subheading to one of the elements and clicked update.
Could you please create a test page and try doing the same thing to check whether the issue reproduce again or it is temporary page corruption issue?
I have the same problem on my other pages that I created with Unyson page builder

If yes then please tell me how to reproduce it so that I can reproduce and troubleshoot it again?
If I do need to rebuild the page, how do I get the demo content to show again?
Just import the Demo content again from Appearance -> Import Demo Data
