    Hi again,

    I have now removed all plugins and tried again. It appears the only plugin not working, which causes a problem, is the Elementor plugin.

    Is it possible to help with this without the error logs?

    Hi

    If I disable the plugins for Elemantor and redux framework the site is at least available, although not working.

    Hi again,

    I have deactivated and removed the 2 plugins that are causing the site to crash. See screenshot. However, we cannot download and install them as there is an error.

    Can you help please?

    Hi

    I have gone through all the plugins on this site and there seems to be an issue with the Elementor plugin. If I deactivate this plugin, it seems to bring back some of the functionality of this site; however its still not working as before.

    This is quite urgent for us and I can’t find any similar articles on your knowledgebase.

    Are you able to provide some help please?

    We have only made small changes since the website has been running and it was during the last plugin updates that this started to happen.

    Hi,

    thanks for the reply. We have updated the theme and WPBakery is on 7.3 but it won’t let us update to the latest.

    A good example of a page which is not showing the content is

    Hi,

    I’m still having issues with this component and only this component. I have tried all your suggestions and I even deleted WpBakery and reinstlaled it but I still have an issue with this text component.

    I am also on the latest version.
