I am experiencing the same/similar problem. I’m a novice at WP. I have tried to figure this out, but at a loss.
Slider Revolution was working in the header, and when I came back from the holidays, it had stopped. I was early on this design, so I have tried reinstalling the one click demo import and it still isn’t working and the demo design isn’t right. I’ve cleared my browser cache as well as the hosting site’s cache.
I can get my slider to work on an individual page. I put the shortcode for my slider on the home page and the slider works there. I want it back in the header for all pages.
I’m suspecting an upgrade may have caused it to break.
Here is what is running:
Theme: Jevelin
Theme Version: 3.2.4
WordPress: 5.0.2
PHP: 7.0.33
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Hi there,
I think there is a bug on the theme – the images are not showing on the front end, I can’t use slider revolution and the blocks designs are all impacted.
Maybe this is caused by the wordpress upgrade? can you please advise how could I resolve this?
Thank you so much
Hello!
Jevelin 2.6.3 was a slider called a Blog Slider. I would like to copy this slider to my new website, which already uses jevelin 3.2.3. I exported the slider and imported it on the new website, but Ajax issues an error.
Can you please help me here? This slider would be very important in the header section of my site.
Thanks!

This is what I see in the slider revolution panel. Not matching what is on the website at all.
I’m having a small issue with the slider revolution part of my website.
If you see the attachment below, it started to create a weird white space when testing responsiveness for different sizes.
This white space is not seen when I work with the slider revolution plug in and I set all the right things for it to be responsive according to this page: https://www.themepunch.com/faq/incorrect-position-or-size-for-text-button-or-shape/
Please help! Everything else with the slider is good, it is just the white space that appears when seen at tablet scale.
Hi Janos,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your site and saw this was happening because you had not activated Slider Revolution plugin on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I have activated it now and the slider is displaying fine for me now.
Could you please confirm it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hey guys,
I’m having an issue displaying the page navigation on top of my page. In the demo theme the navigation was on top of the slider revolution.
I can’t seem to get it to go back to how it was.
I have provided a screenshot.
Thank you in advance,
Alex
Could you please tell me what I have done with the header here?
The revolution slider is no longer full screen on the homepage and it looks awful.
Will attach a screenshot.
Thank you in advance.
Alex
I am installing the Jevelin theme, but with the following plugins:
I am getting this message:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of [plugin name] is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
Please could you help.
Thanks, L
Nice. Yes, it seems to be fixed. Must’ve been loading an old version of the slider. Weird. I was clearing the caches to check but maybe revolution slider has a different way of working? Seems to be difficult to check after you’ve made changes. Thanks!
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate the license of that plugin.
Please see more information about this on the following pages.
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/purchase-code-registration-faqs/#1447194367831-7941a825-85b2

To use the plugin, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins
Also the WPbakery page builder plugin comes with the theme and you can install it as described in the following page. You don’t need to purchase it and activate the plugin license to use it.

I purchased the Jevelin theme for my domain.
I followed the directions to install the plug ins and activate them.
My code for Revolution Slider is not being accepted so I cannot use it.
Also, the WP Builder is not allowing me to use it. Its says no license was included with the purchase of this Jevelin theme.
I like the theme and want to use it, but I can’t do much without these features.
Please help.
Hi,
I’ve got my Revolution Slider showing pretty nicely on all devices I’ve tested on apart from one big stumbling block:
When I turn to landscape mode on most mobile devices, the slider text goes to single words on each line and makes some of the slides look odd.
Have you come across this and what’s the fix? I’ve adjusted the viewport and tried to fix for each slide but what’s showing on the backend is not happening on the front.
Here’s the page with the slider: https://romexcanadawest.com/
Thx
Could you please tell me exactly what is the issue with revolution slider?
Almost resolved now only issue remains is the revolution slider
You can display it in the header as described in the below page.
Hello,
thanks for the advice but that is not a workable solution unfortunately.
The RevolutionSlider was included with the theme, so uninstalling then reinstalling is not possible without first licensing the use of the plugin with the developer, in other words I cannot reinstall the plugin without first buying a licence.
It is my fault for not backing up my web directory in full via FTP first, but I am where I am.
I have contacted the developer with the hope they can provide a copy of the missing file, or at least advise the dimensions and the colour so I can recreate the file. Will see how that plan goes 🙂
Regards
George
This can be due to some misconfiguration happened for mobile devices so could you please design it for mobile devices by referring the information provided in the below pages or try creating and using new slider?

Hi, on the homepage heade of the website, is it possible to use MASTER SLIDER instead of REVOLUTON SLIDER? I need it because it is more simple to chaneg the photos inside it..
I’m trying to understand how to sit the revolution slider on the homepage and header images on subsequent pages behind the website header / nav bar like it is in the main Jevelin Homepage Demo and other demos:
At the moment I can’t move the slider revolution up to sit behind a transparent header, the main website colour occupies this space so the header looks like it sits on its own colour block, rather than floating in front of the top part of the header image – a bit like the startup demo example:
I can’t find any info for configuring this in the theme. Could you please help me understand how to do this?
