My revolution slider on one subpage has stopped appearing. New wordpress install was completed recently and we have latest version of Jevelin…here is the site…

the slider appears on all other pages, but does not on this one
Currently the home page banner button looks extremely small almost illegible on mobile device. How can I fix it to look like a standard size button?

If you are talking about the buttons displayed in the slider shown in the top of the page then it is not icon box slider but slider revolution and you can add buttons in it as described in the following page.

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.

What happens to oyur theme if I deactivate
Slider Revolution ?
Then the sliders created using slider revolution won’t display on your site.
Regarding the issue I previously post on this thread (play/voice control panel went too far below the bottom edge of the screen), I tried to fix the height of the header several times with the video link you provided

It didn’t work. not sure why. the bottom of the header won’t move up no matter how small the custom height I put. Also, I was trying to fix this problem in Yellow Pencil instead. I lifted up the play/voice control panel by adding the bottom margin to the div. It worked on Yellow pencil, but after I saved, and refresh the homepage again, the play/voice panel is still at the bottom of the slide (below the bottom edge of the screen) Would you please take a look into this and let me know how I can solve the problem.

Thanks for your reply, I do not think that it’s a browser specific issue because that same browser works perfectly when I open your Jevelin website. I’ve reattached image 4 from the previous post again to show you. Both my website header and Jevelin site header use Slider Revolution. So if it’s a browser specific, then it should show the same white gap when open the Jevelin site as well. Would you please let me what is the specific thing you do on the Jevelin header on your site that I may have missed.
Per @Jive post. It prompted me to check my plug-in. And it looks like the slider I have is not the latest version. However, when I check the plug-in update page, there is no Slider Revolution available. (See attached photos)
Is it true (Per @Jive) that I have to pay to update to the latest Slider Revolution? I only bought this theme for about a month. Should the upgrade support last longer than a month or so? Please clarify.

I’ve found a small white gap at the right edge of my website header, but don’t know how to fix it so that the header is full-width. I attached a photo with this post as well.
Also, I noticed that on iOS and Safari, after I hit the “View the video to see how” button, the video starts playing with the muted sound. I had to unmuted to hear. Is this some sort of Apple standard setup? On Chrome, the same video starts playing with the sound on. Is there a way to make the video start playing with sound on Safari and iOS?
Lastly, I found that the video I mentioned above is a bit taller than the screen itself (on my laptop at least), is there a way make it fit on the screen? It is a bad UX that the video sound was off and the video sound control panel is below the bottom edge of the screen. The audiences would not know it was there unless they scroll up a bit.

Because it seems you have set Top Background Color in the theme Styling settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
why the logo is out of alignment and on the wrong side.
This can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.
Also please try deleting and reinstalling fresh latest version of Jevelin theme.
also why when you scroll down most of the normal state on my buttons are blue when only the rollover should be blue.
Are you talking about the buttons displayed in the header slider?
If yes then you have to edit that slider in the slider revolution to change button colors.
Also why are some of the pages on the menu bold and some not and how do you change it?
I can see all of the menus are bold on your site.

The other issue is in relation to responsiveness why is the footer copyright not centered even though in the editor I centered it yet it is fine in all other layouts only out of alignment on the desktop?
You can make it centre aligned it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

You should set images smaller in the size or try changing its background position as shown in the attached screenshot.
I’m not certain why it was working fine until two weeks ago until it suddenly started showing black frames between the poster image and the Vimeo.

- Do you think the issue was created by a change to how Vimeo streams their videos?

Sorry for our late response, some of our support moderators are on vacation.
We can see that Revolution Slider is up to date, so there shouldn’t be any notice about updates.
Regarding to black screen issue, looks like that is how it works in Vimeo itself, when video isn’t loaded in Vimeo it shows black background (we can see it very well when in mobile rendering we used to emulate low end device). Also at the moment we couldn’t find any option in Revolution Slider to improve/change it.

I’ve updated the theme to Jevelin Beta 2.7.0 and disabled the child theme. I also updated the Slider Revolution Plugin to Version 5.4.6.4. Upon clearing browser cache, I can confirm these recommendations haven’t fixed the issue.
Your site credentials are still active to help troubleshoot the issue of the black frames between the poster image and Vimeo videos. I’m also noticing the new version of Slider Revolution plugin now shows the Vimeo controls for the video layers, which should not show.
Please let me know if you need any further information to help troubleshoot and resolve this matter.
Slider was working perfectly until recently, where a gap between the Poster Image and the Vimeo Video Layer began showing on the first loop. Following the first time running through the slides, the black frames disappear.
I don’t know if this is an issue with Vimeo or the Slider Revolution WordPress Plugin. I’ve tried it on two different servers, both of which were initially working fine, but now show the issue. The videos don’t have black frames in the beginning and they’re the same videos that were working fine before. Please advise.

I wonder if the problem with the top part of the site missing is because I do not have the Revolution slider. The top portion of my dashboard says, “This theme recommends the following plugins: Envato Market Plugin, Revolution slider, WooCommerce and Yellow Pencil Pro: Visual CSS Style Editor.” However, there is no link to the Revolution slider and I was unable to find it via a Google search nor is it listed in the Unyson plugin.
I can’t even attempt to edit my pages at this point due to 404 errors.

Most of your templates use slider revolution. However when I tried uploading an hero image, JPEG, under 2mb, it gave an HTTP error. I don’t know what an HTTP error means as it doesn’t explain. However it works for some images (uploading fine) but not others.
I tried deactivating all the plugins and tried again, still didn’t work. Any ideas?

I want to replace my website’s hero image with a stock footage which I have purchased online, how do I do that?
I tried uploading it through slider revolution it wouldn’t let me, as the max file size is 2mb, whereas my stock footage is larger than this as it’s high resolution.

Shufflehound teamHi, I upload mp4 video to use at the webheader on the Revolution Slider. But I noticed a few bugs, I think.
- In the settings, the large control is set to ON. (see the attached files). The play button looks normal. But the pause button look like a mistake. The icon is left align to the background instead of being centred like the play button. Is there a way to fix this. I tried to fix it in the Yellow pencil, but I couldn’t seem to make it work.
- As seen on the attached file. I set the video for autoplay. It does work on Chrome, but doesn’t work on Safari. Is there a way to fix this?

Anyone know a way to have the header background in Jevelin be random?
We would like each time someone goes to a page the background of header is selected randomly from 10 different images.
Or, if there is a way to have a Revolution Slider as the background layer of a header that would work for us as well.

Currently there isn’t any option to achieve this without custom coding.
2: I created a new custom template in the Revolutionary Slider. But somehow, the Revolutionary Slider options setting on the Portfolio page doesn’t see it. It only shows the default option. How can I add more template to the revolutionary slider option setting on the portfolio page?
I could also confirm the issue and troubleshoot it.
