Hi there,
We just tested your Revolution Slider and we can confirm that it works fine.
The issue is related to your caching plugin. After making changes to your Revolution Slider content you just need to clear the cache (like in the screenshot below).
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
good day I’m trying to see the changes on my slider revolution section, but it won’t show all of my changes. Now once I login it will show me everything just how I designed it. the website is http://www.vibe432.com

Hi there,
WPBakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugins both are updated in the latest theme beta version below:
Please login to access this file
Regarding to outdated WooCommerce files – we checked and our theme doesn’t include such a file. That means that it is custom added and needs manual updating.

Today I have buy theme; while I was editing the site I saw that mysteriously blocks such as revolution slider disappeared after the changes, so I decided to reinstall the theme without success. I await instructions and explanations
Hi there,
We’ve been using your theme fo a while and now we’d like to implement a few custom changes which are beyond the scope of theme maintenance. We were curious if you could help us with the following…
General Tasks:
1) Implement FAQ Schema for Google Search and have Google show it.
2) Replace current Contact form (plugin by Supsystic) in Revolution Slider with Contact Form 7 (however we wish to maintain the transparent background as it appears currently, same field positioning and retain Google Maps API in the two fields for origin and destination).
3) Ensure all parallax motion/animation is smooth.
Additional Quirks that need Tweaks:
Desktop Version:
1) Home page (with revolution slider and contact form) is cut off from the bottom when opened in Google Chrome.
2) Video o the landing page takes forever to load & flickers on load as well as between loops.
3) Image background in ‘What We Offer’ sometimes struggles to adjust to screen real estate (it sometimes tiles/duplicates itself and other times appears to rotate). We’d like a smooth parallax without tiling.
4) ‘Our Reviews’ section tends to flicker every so often.
5) Blog images, in ‘Shipping Blog’ do not always load.
7) When clicking through menu items, page-roll animation appears jerky.
Mobile Version:
1) Too much space above and below the white, front facing, truck
2) In the ‘Why Choose Yellowfin?’ section, a graphic element (a yellow dot) moves over the header banner, when scrolling, rather than underneath it.
3) Background image behind ‘What We Offer’ is not responsive in the mobile version. It appears extremely zoomed-in and has lost the parallax motion.
4) Similar problem with the background image in the ‘Prepping Your Vehicle’ section.
5) In ‘Our reviews’ the reviews are not all arranged one after the other vertically, some are hidden from view as they have horizontal placement.
6) When you open a blog page, the menu banner is white in color and should be corporate blue as it appears on the home page.
7) On the Contact page, the collapsed menu icon is grey and should be white.
Please let us know if you’re interested and inform us of the estimated cost.
Many thanks,
Surge
I’m using Revolution Slider for the top portion of my website and it’s not filling the entire screen width on initial load. If I either reload the page, or switch over to another application and then back to the browser, it will automatically adjust itself and fill the entire screen width.
The white edge only appears on the right side and is more pronounced if the browser window is not fully expanded (see two attachments for full window vs. partially expanded window).
I have tested the behavior on both Chrome and Firefox and it does not appear to be browser related. I’ve also disabled all extra plugins and that did not solve the problem.

Hi @reynolds8481,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please edit the slider in the slider revolution settings to change the images as shown in the attached screenshot.

We editing my homepage, Slid Revolution element does not provide an option to update the images. Where/how do we update from the stock images?
Hi @its_mohsinali,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you missed sharing the clip and images.
Regarding mobile scroll, it is not an issue but the Revolution slider plugin configuration that you can resolve by using the solution shared in the below topic.

Hi @alerosas,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you have not purchased the slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not a direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.
To use the plugin you don’t need a purchase code, you can just install and update the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins

Hi I use a Jevelin theme but Slider Revolution is asking to register a purchase code. I already update the last version of the theme but its still not working. Can you please help?
Happy day! 🙂
The slider revolution plugin came bundled with the theme contains limited features which are sufficient to display the slider on the website as displayed on the demo website so you can’t use those restricted features until you purchase the plugin.
Hi Yury,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please try deleting the Slider Revolution plugin and install it from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
If you still face the issue then please refer to the below documentation or contact the plugin support.

Only 1 slide works in the slider.
You can’t add a slide to a slider even from your own slider
Requirit registration

Hi Support,
as described in other threads, I am experiencing a white bar above the slider revolution on the following page: ninnikcrossfit.com
I tried to resolve it by including the CSS code from this thread: https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/phantom-white-bar-at-top-of-page/
However, the white bar still appears.
Important: The top white bar is only appearing in the mobile view. Attached you can find a screenshot.
Thank you!
Regards,
Alex
Hi
The mobile menu is not clickable (it does’nt show the dropdown).
I suspect this has something to do with the revolution slider. Becuase the mobile dropdown menu does work on other pages.
also I cannot scroll down on mobile version on the home page. all other pages it is ok.
Can you guys assist? I think it has something to do with the JQUERY being called
Website:
Also after saving and edited a slider, in the Slider Revolution editor, I cannot preview the slider. The pop up tells me there is a conflict within the plugins in the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Slider Revolution, Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
1). Whenever I edit a slider in Slider Revolution and refresh the Wp frontend bakery editor, the slider that I had there before is deleted and I have to enter the short code from Slider Revolution all over again to get the edited slider to appear.
When I refresh the wp bakery editor, not only is the previous slider gone and there is no slider there at all, but the frontend wp bakery editor creates 1 0r 2 additional text boxes for me to enter the shortcode (from Slider Revolution) into.
Once I delete the extra text boxes and enter the short code, I usually have to do it twice for the edited slider(from Slider Revolution) to appear.
I could not reproduce the issues on your website so could you please tell me the steps to reproduce it and also share the screenshots of them If possible?
Hello,
Fonts not appearing accurately was just one of the issues with the Jevelin Theme that need to bee fixed. Removing the Unyson plugin, did not fix the problems.
This is the main problem that needs to be fixed, as I wrote here in a previous message:
***When I pull up or refresh the WP Bakery frontend builder, the Revolution Slider does not re-appear at the top of the page at all, as it should.
Then when I click the greyed-out plus sign to add an element, in this case a Text Block, I’m able to re-paste the short code from Revolution Slider; but then a completely new text-block is added… as I have been attaching the screen shots of here in these customer support requests.
*Anytime I refresh or pull up wp bakery I’m having this problem***
Also after saving and edited a slider, in the Slider Revolution editor, I cannot preview the slider. The pop up tells me there is a conflict within the plugins in the theme.
Nathan
Thanks for your response.
I see you deactivated the plugin Unyson, but the same problems are there with Slider Revolution, as I described before. SEE PREVIOUS MESSAGE FOR THE ISSUES.
The wp-admin credentials are still the same. Feel free to go into the website and fix the problem.
Thanks,
Nathan
