Hi, thanks for the update. Unfortunately your changes broke the layouts on other product pages, see attachments.

I had to remove all your changes to get the site back to normal. We’ll have to validate the changes needed on a staging site, we cant keep affecting the live site. Details in private field below.  The staging site has the last edits you made to the custom code section and you’ll see the “you may like” copy is again wrapping incorrectly. You’ll also see the price and add to cart button is missing from the recommended products displayed comparted to the original screenshot i attached.

it did, but the images are stacked below the post (plus are huge), not side by side in the screenshot in the original post.  Also pricing button is missing.. PS. please can you let me know what the extra CSS was that you added, I didnt see it and I want to comment it for future reference. Thanks.

So we made the switch to Redux and all looks well. I am curious however as to why, in the plugin installation page it lists Elementor as “required”. Why, when we already have WP Bakery? Needless to say, I havent installed it as nothing appears broken and we’re doing just fine with WP Bakery.

that was an intermittent issue now (mostly) resolved. Please try again. I have disabled all plugins apart from Redux and WP Bakery and the issue is still there. We have migrated from Unyson so that is already deactivated. Thanks.

For testing purposes (and because I was curious) I disabled the Unyson plugin and it fairly substantially broke the layout of the site. Will the switch to Redux be seamless or will we need to make page edits to fix layout issues?  Thanks

That has been in place for over a year to resolve a layout issue elsewhere, and hasnt affected anything else until now – for reasons that are not clear. However, as it is the culprit its been removed. Thanks.

Hi, I have disabled WP Rocket and the Siteground caching plugins, the issue still seems to be present.

Hi, no we’re using the native wordpress search function. I guess we need to install a plugin that does that.. I’m surprised the theme doesnt though, i mean all posts have the author name tagged, so i guess i dont understand why that is.

so the only way to add HTML tags (not JS or Google Analytics) is be using a 3rd party plugin ?

I installed the public 3.4.4 version today via WordPress Updates, the breadcrumb link issue is still there. I assume there is no code difference between the public 3.4.4  and the version you have above?

If there is I will update using the file you sent. If not, the issue isnt fixed.. Thanks.

    O_o

Yes I know how to install a theme, my question is you sent me a beta build to try, to see if it fixes an issue. The issue is its the same name as the existing theme, so what do I need to change to be able to install it and not get WP errors. I recall changing the theme name in style.css but wasnt sure exactly what was needed.

Thanks, the CSS worked. The Header cant be changed on that event page as it isnt an option on the edit view, I ended up reducing the size of the logo.

How do install the demo theme without getting the “folder already exisits” error? As I recall you can change the name of the theme in styles.css but will that break anything?

Also, the + sign on the events page didnt quite line up, so I just removed the circle border.

Hi.. so we contacted the developer who you recommended, it didnt work out. Do you have anyone else you can recommend? Does someone need to be familiar with the theme to do this? Otherwise we’ll look for a freelancer with general WP/php knowledge…

Although I am also wondering why Load More breaks filtering or sorting… seems basic functionality but not sure what the reason is.
