Hi.. as i mentioned in the ticket title, v4.7 🙂
So we deactivated the plugin then tried again and got this:
“Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
We’re not going to bother uninstalling for now but just be aware this has never happened before, updates have always been seamless, so something isn’t right this time. Thanks.
We edited the delay loading JS settings and it seems to have resolved it. Thanks.
That looks like positioning, I dont see how that fixed the event product buttons which weren’t working.. but thanks. You close this ticket.
Looks great thanks! Can you tell us exactly what you changed so we know not to override accidentally in future?

Hi… thanks for the update. No, doesnt seem to have solved it. Not working on iphone and in Chrome Incognito mode all the time and randomly on other browsers…
Any updates please, its been 4 days since the last response to your question and this issue is still costing us sales. Thanks.
Correct. We have made no changes to any code or related CSS.
Note, we raised this previously here: https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/woo-add-subtract-buttons-not-working-on-this-page/
and it was fixed in a subsequent theme update.

*update*… so i flushed the caches and it solved the sizing issue HOWEVER that thumbnail code is still there so now there are 2 product images.
I have hidden the second (the thumbnail) by using
#nickx-gallery.slick-initialized {
display: none;
}
I still have no idea what is injecting this thumbnail code so this still needs resolved. Thanks.
we discovered it when looking at books, but you can pick any product you like, they’re all affected.
