First of all to fix the [mc4wp_form id=”125″] issue you need to activate Mailchimp for WordPress plugin. Then you will be able to see the form.
Unfortunately we don’t have a support for FloDesk plugin. Therefore it looks like that copying and modifying CSS from the Mailchimp from will be needed to achieve the same look.

Looks like the notice about ugb/blog-posts not being registered might be coming from some kind of plugin as our theme doesn’t contain anything like that. Can you please try do disable unnecessary plugins one by one and see if the issue goes away?
About the footer issue can you please give us a link to your website blog page, so we can test it?

Ok, then we need to understand the issue with the backup.
When restoring the backup is theme being also added from the backup? If yes, maybe you can skip that as the theme folder doesn’t contain any data or just overwrite it manually after the backup is complete

It depends on the version, but we would recommend you to create a current theme backup and try to updating the theme to the latest version. Then see if everything works fine

Unfortunately Unyson still can be considered mostly abandoned as it is only fixing a few most critical bugs. But you can still use it if you don’t encounter issues with it. Refux and WPBakery combination is meant for new installations and installations where Unyson is causing issues that we can’t fix.
