We thought maybe you are using MacOS and that could be the issue. But we just tested your website on a similar setup in both Google Chrome and Firefox. Everything what you mentioned at the beginning was working fine and unfortunately at this point we are not sure how to help you to fix your issues with your website.
It still seems like a browser related issue. Maybe you can try to disable all browser extensions and see if that helps.

We can see that your home page have missing H1 tag.
You can easily fix it by changing “HELPING ACTIVE PEOPLE PERMANENTLY ELIMINATE PAIN AND INJURY” H2 to H1 in WPBakery page builder element settings. If needed we can fix it for you.
Oh, we found that your mentioned widget uses specific post ids – manually entered.
