We are glad that it worked! 🙂
There are many ways to improve CSS delivery with multiple plugins and multiple settings, so sometimes tweaking is required to get everything loading fine. You most likely can improve CSS delivery, but with a little less aggressive settings
Hi there,
Strange, as it usually works just fine,.
Could be related to server configuration.
If needed we can access your website and fix it for you.

Hi there,
Sure, you can remove it under “Gillion Settings > Blog > Post Bookmarks”

Hi there,
That is strange.
Can you please try to use built-in image element for this feature?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Yes, that should be possible and should work just fine.
Did you set different categories for each portfolio element? If that doesn’t work you can share access data and we could try to fix it for you.

Can you please check if you have enabled Topbar option lower in Header settings?

Hi there,
We can confirm your issue and it could be related to caching plugins. Can you please try to disable them and see if that works?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for your access data. It looks like we managed to fix this issue.
Can you please confirm that?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Do you have any caching or performance optimization plugins enabled? That could cause similar issues.
Also you could try to disable all plugins one by one and see if that isn’t caused by a plugin.

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Please try to remove it completely and then just install it again –Â that should work just fine. There is no need to activate this plugin as it is covered by theme license.
Let us know if that works. 🙂

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect your current progress?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sure, theme and plugin developers needs to sanitize user content before outputting it out due to various security concerns. By doing so some special characters could be changed in the process of making sure that it will be secure.

Great to hear that. 🙂
Let us know if you have more questions.
Hi there,
We don’t quite remember the importance of this CSS, but we just looked in an update that was created 2 years ago and this CSS style was there, so it looks like this change isn’t too recent.
You can easily rewrite it if needed. Just add this custom CSS in the theme settings (change padding size as needed).
body .woocommerce form.checkout_coupon, body .woocommerce form.login { padding: 30px!important; }
Hi there,
Would it be possible to see the page you are referring to? It would help to understand your issue better.

Hi there,
We inspected your issue and it looks like this happens due to WordPress and WPBakery page builder safety features, because we can see the same issue for WPBakery page builder built in headings element. Would it be possible for you to use other character instead of the brackets?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We just checked your website and everything was loading just fine for us.
Did you manage to fix it yourself or the issue is still not fixed?

Hi there,
Are you using your website via HTTPS? And is your certificate working fine? If both are yes, then we will need to access your website (you can share it in the private field) as it looks like a server related issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Other theme users doesn’t have such an issue, so the only suspect at the moment is your website hosting. Maybe there is some kind of configuration issue, but we are not sure.
