Sorry for our late response.
To remove SKU and Category items you can use this CSS code bellow (can be used in Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code ):
.sh-woo-layout row .product_meta { display: none!important; }You can add images in this way (attached bellow).
Only about sub-headlines we don’t have any simple solution at this moment.

This function is located in gillion/inc/helpers_blog.php:383, but you should always use child theme when rewriting theme functions, so you can update theme without any issues. If you will rewrite this function we can recommend to change its presets.
