At the moment we managed to fix your issue, but other related issue started, therefore we are still working on this. Hopefully tomorrow with other navigation issue we will fix this.
We will try to fix that today or tomorrow and we will update this thread for any news. It is hard to recommend any plugins for this feature.

We had similar issues before with WordPress, but permalink setting change always solves it for us.
You can also try to reset .htaccess file (by creating backup) and clear your website cache.

You can use this plugin or FTP client to update theme version.
Please download and test our latest 2.0.0, there we made lot of improvements regarding to this issue.

Most likely some of these errors appeared after latest WooCommerce updates. We will take a look on those new issues.Looks like we fixed it.

State field should be fixed and update button works, but have an issue which we are still working on.

We found what caused both issues for your website, we will soon send you a new theme version with a fix for both issues.

Still working on why “State / County” is missing for your site. Soon we will update this.
We just logged in and we can see that you selected only to sell to specific countries: India, therefore state/county field is disabled.
To fix this you need to add other countries or delete India to sell in all countries.
