    Hi there,

    Sure, here is how to get it:

    First you should import demo content which have that block (like Home Decor Store). Then just go to: Haste Settings > WooCommerce > Single and select “Single Product – Information – Home Decor Store” for Informative Block field.

    Let us know if that helps!

    Best regards,

    That is strange.

    Would it be possible for us to log in to your website to debug this issue further? (you can share the login details in the private information field)

    Hello,

    We suggest that you try redownloading and reinstalling the theme to see if it resolves the issue.

    If this doesn’t work, we are offering to log into your website and inspecting the issue by ourselves. You can share the login details in the private information field.

    Hi there,

    In that case, we still recommend using the WebP Express plugin. It automatically converts JPEGs to WebP for supported browsers and hasn’t created any issues for us (we have used it on multiple websites). For us it seems to be one of the best solution regarding to WebP implementation, because in some cases if you have only WebP images users could see just empty spaces on older browsers.

    Oh, to remove the link, you would need to modify the theme files. This could be done using a child theme, but it would require modifying some PHP files.

    We could create custom CSS for the category pages to hide the footer. Please send us a few example links where you want it hidden.

    Hi there,

    We just checked your website and we couldn’t scroll horizontally both in the mobile and the desktop. Did you manage to fix it?

    About mobile positioning, what would you like to improve?

    Can you please attach a screenshot regarding to the slider issue? That would help us to better understand the issue.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Sure! Please check it now.

    If needed in the future – here is the code we added to the Jevelin Settings > Custom CSS:

    @media (max-width: 550px) {
        body .container {
            max-width: 90%!important;
        }
    }

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Sorry for our late response.

    For the home page you can use this custom CSS under Jevelin Settings > Custom CSS/JS:

    body.home  #wrapper > .sh-page-layout-default {
        padding-top: 0px!important;
    }

    Let us know if that helps! 🙂

    If there still is a little white space then you might need to remove the custom margin for the first home page block.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Sorry for our late reply.

    Sure! Most of the changes will take effect when you change the “Jevelin Style” and “WooCommerce Item Style” to Style 3 under Jevelin Settings > General.

    Let us know if that helps! 🙂

    Best regards,

    Hello @dhiren1

    Can you please create a different ticket as it seems to be different kind of issue. Currently, we can recommend adjusting the Slider Revolution slider height and seeing if that helps.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    That’s great! 🙂

    We’ve also moved the previous/next buttons to the global slide, so you won’t have to add them manually for each slide. Additionally, we added a little mouse hover effect. However, if you don’t need these changes, we’ve created a backup for the slider.

    Hello,

    It seems that the page is built using the WPBakery page builder. For that specific element, there might be an option to disable the categories under the Styling tab. Could you please check that?

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound Team

    That appears to be the default WordPress categories widget. Its functionality is indeed limited, so we recommend trying other WordPress plugins that offer more extensive category features, like this one that we just found.

    Thank you for the update.

    We will close the ticket for now.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late response, we were on vacation.

    It looks like we’ve identified the problem – the slider layout was set to ‘scene’ instead of ‘slider’, which is why the previous and next buttons weren’t working. After switching it to ‘slider’, the buttons seem to be working fine.

    Can you please check that?

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team
