Hi there,
You should create a backup and then upgrade the theme. We usually try to avoid making breaking changes when releasing updates, but some options might need adjusting.
The upgrade does not include any additional costs. 🙂

We need to inspect the CSS of these blocks to understand the issue more clearly. As currently, we’re not certain about the underlying cause. Could you possibly use the ‘Inspect Element’ tool one those blocks and shows us what is happening with the CSS?
Hi there,
You might want to try changing the “Blog Style” option to one of the Masonry options. You can find this under the Gillion Settings (located in the top bar), specifically within the Blog tab.
Let us know if this helps! 🙂

Hi there,
Make sure that either the Unyson framework or Redux framework is installed and active (depending on which one you have as the primary).
Once confirmed, you should be able to change it under the Gillion Settings (located in the top bar), specifically in the Header section.
Let us know if this helps! 🙂

Hi there,
Could you please let us know why you are considering using WPBakery Page Builder alongside Elementor Page Builder content? It is generally advisable to use one page builder at a time to avoid compatibility issues and ensure optimal performance.

Hi there,
Currently, we can see only 404 page issue – “Aw Man… There is nothing here – 404”.
Can you please check that?

Hi there,
We typically use Yoast SEO or a similar SEO plugin to add such features.
Please give it a try and let us know if it helps! 🙂

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
Unfortunately, your request falls outside our support scope, as it involves modifying the theme functionality beyond what we currently offer. However, due to our delayed response, we have created a custom CSS code that you can add to the theme settings, which might help:
body.category #content { Â Â display: flex; Â Â flex-direction: column; } body.category #content > .blog-list { Â Â order: -1; Â Â margin-bottom: 80px; }
Let us know if that helps! 🙂

Hi there,
Depending on how your website is set up, you should find the relevant settings either under the Jevelin Settings (in the topbar) in the Logo section, or under the Header section (in the left admin sidebar).
Hopefully, that helps.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi there,
Have you tried changing the options from the Jevelin Settings in the topbar to see if that makes any changes?
Also, try disabling caching and performance plugins to see if that makes a difference.

Hi there,
It appears you are referring to the blog post gallery columns. If you are using the Block Editor, you should be able to change the columns to 3 in the gallery block settings.
Hope that helps.

Hi there,
You should be able to change the image by editing the page settings for that page (under the Titlebar tab).
@blankpagealex, it seems like your issue is different. We will respond to your topic.

Hi there,
That’s a good question. It appears that custom CSS may be required to modify that button. We recommend trying the Yellow Pencil plugin that comes with our theme. It offers an easy-to-use interface for modifying CSS.

You are welcome!
Hi there,
WPBakery is definitely the choice as it offers all the essential functionalities. Elementor offer only some of the base functions for our theme.
