Hi there,
That depends on your current post layout settings. Firstly you should disable the sidebar, so the content could go full page width.
After that, you can add images and sections to the block editor under the left top + button. There you can also take a look at the patterns section for predefined sections.
Another option is to use the Elementor page builder by clicking on the “Edit with Elementor” button as it is a much more powerful page builder.

Hi there,
We are sorry to hear that you’ve had a less than satisfactory experience with our theme and customer support.
Regarding the refund, please note that since the purchase was made on Themeforest, the refund process needs to be initiated there. Following this, we’ll confirm the process on our side.

Hi there,
It might be worth considering reducing the PHP version as an alternative solution. By doing so, you may find that the issue is resolved. It seems that some plugin developers have not fully fixed multiple issues related to PHP 8.*, which is why currently don’t use the latest PHP version for most of our live websites.

Hi there,
We activated the default WordPress theme and it had the same issues. So it seems that is somehow related to your website installation.
We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider. They should be able to help you.

Hi there,
Can you please share a link to your website, so we can see your setup and recommend the right solution for this?

Hi there,
Can you please give us more information regarding what is not displaying correctly? A screenshot would also help a lot.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We’re considering adding this feature.
In the meantime, you can accomplish this with the page builder by inserting a sidebar on the right side for the content, but we understand that this workaround might not be the most convenient solution.
Hello,
Usually, theme files don’t contain any data and it is safe to update to newer versions. Only if you have created custom modifications to the theme itself then it could be an issue. But that is not recommended and should be done via a child theme, so you can receive future security and feature updates.

Hi there,
Sure, if you want a fully blank page without a header and footer then it is possible to disable the header and footer sections in the page settings.

Hi there,
Would you mind sharing with us the version of PHP you’re currently using? This will help us to test it.
Currently, it seems that your PHP version might be a bit too new and causing some issues. We might have to work on a bug fix update for that.

Hi there,
Sure, can you please give us more details about where and how you want to specify the categories? A screenshot would help a lot.

Hi there,
Could you please give it a shot and download the latest version from Themeforest, then proceed with a fresh theme installation? By doing so, we can ensure that the theme files have been completely reset.
Let us know if that works.

Hi there,
Is your theme updated to the latest version? The latest is 5.6
If yes, can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect this issue further?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
Would it be possible for us to log in to your website, so we can debug this issue further?
Yes, you understood it correctly.
Unfortunately, there is no way to convert them automatically, only if you have used our demo content importer, then you can import the same demo again with WPBakery-optimized content.
Sure, it can be done via custom CSS code that you can add inside the theme settings:
.post-single-content a {
   text-decoration: underline;
}
.post-single-content a:hover {
  text-decoration: none;
}
Let us know if that works!
Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your WordPress website. As you’ve experienced, directly modifying theme files can sometimes lead to complications or even cause your site to stop functioning. Fortunately, using a tool like the Loco Translate WordPress plugin can help avoid such issues by providing a safer way to make text changes.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to rename the “Portfolio” section to “Case Studies” using Loco Translate:
Please remember, it’s generally best to avoid modifying theme or plugin files directly. Such changes can easily be overwritten during updates, and as you’ve seen, they can sometimes cause your site to malfunction. Using a translation plugin like Loco Translate can provide a safer, more sustainable way to customize your site’s text.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
