Can you please try to:
- Open your current header template under Templates > Saved Templates > Header > Your current header item (you can also find it on your website home page by hovering on the Elementor (at the top bar) and selecting Header template)
- Find the site logo element
- Upload the dark logo there under the dark mode image

Usually, it should be under Elementor templates pages.
Edit: We saw a link in your other ticket. We can see that it is built with Elementor, so it should be under Templates > Saved Templates > Header. You also should be able to edit it from the home page when hovering on the Elementor (at the top bar) and selecting Header template.

Seems to be coming from your language switcher icon. Maybe some plugin is adding it?

Oh, it seems that you have added a license to your website. Can you remove it for a moment and test it again?
Also in some cases, it helps to remove, the WPbakery page builder, before updating. You can try that and then install it again under Appearance > Install plugins.
