Hi there,
About your questions:
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you we were able to login, but when visiting frontend we got:
This page isn’t working
 … is currently unable to handle this request.
 HTTP ERROR 500
Is it working fine for you?
Hi there,
Here will be an article about what is a child theme.
In short – A child theme is a WordPress theme that inherits the functionality, features, and style of another WordPress theme, the parent theme. You can then customize the child theme without making any changes to the parent theme.
We will need an login details to your website, if you will like for us to create this custom change for you (can be shared in the private information bellow).

Hi there,
Sorry for our late response.
We replied in your original topic here.

Can you please disable performance optimization plugins? Then try again.
Most likely that a performance optimization plugin is causing this issue.
If that will be the case, then you will need to adjust it’s settings till the section starts working.
Sorry for our late response.
Can you please give us a link to one of those products?
We would like to check if those are build with the Unyson page builder or not. Because if they are not built with the Unyson page builder then there shouldn’t be any issues after migration (you can share the link in the private information field bellow)
You should backup your custom CSS, but it could work as in the frontend there isn’t lot of changes, when moving from Unyson to Redux.
Sure, you can use both page builders at the time.
Can you please check it now?
We added this custom CSS code in the theme settings:
.sh-header-4.sh-header .sh-nav-container {
    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}
.sh-header-4 ul.sh-nav > li.menu-item > a {
    line-height: 70px;
    max-height: 70px;
}That could be it as we moved away from the Unyson to the Redux for this exact reason – many unresolved bugs that are only growing in numbers as the Unyson development is stopped.
Hi there,
Have you updated the theme to the latest version?
Also do you use performance optimization plugins?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Yes, that is true, but as we previously mentioned Unyson can still be used, if you are not experiencing issues with it.
About the WooCommerce products we quite didn’t understand – are you using the Unyson page builder in those products?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We can confirm that.
Would it be possible for us to login to your website to try to fix it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We will need your website link, so we can inspect your current website setup. Can you please share it? (you can post it in the private information field if needed)
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
That is strange.
Maybe there is some kind of the blog posts element option issue. If it is possible then we can offer to login to your website and inspect the issue for you (you can share it in the private field bellow).
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
That is great.
Thank you! 🙂
Hi there,
You can disable it under Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) >Â Social Media Icons > Youtube URLÂ by removing the content from the text field.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We didn’t yet make any changes.
Bet great that it is working! 🙂
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are welcome! 🙂
In some website hostings there is even clone website button that can be used, otherwise you should be able to clone your website with plugins like this one (All-in-One WP Migration or UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin). On their pages and website there should be multiple tutorials on how this process works.
