Your shared site is not accessible for me and displaying the message “Access denied. Login first to access this site”.
The problem is not adding a Custom Link… The problem is that when someone clicks on a Category on a Product Page, an URL of that category already exists (example: http://www.effegibrevetti.com/staging/?fw-portfolio-category=levelers) but I didn’t generate it and I don’t understand how to edit it.
You can change it from your site permalink settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Yes it seems there is some incompatibility happening with your site and WP Super Cache plugin causing these issues so please try using W3 Total Cache plugin.

Now i can login to your site and placed an order to troubleshoot the issue but i can’t get till checkout page you displayed in your shared screenshot as i have to make payment as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please add dummy orders in the account of shared user so that i can troubleshot the issue by accessing Downloads section of checkout page?

Have you contacted the WP Super Cache plugin developer regarding this?
-I tried W3 Total Cache on my other site but could not adjust the settings properly. Should i switch to it ? If so, what settings should i use ?
