Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
By mistake i deleted the entire content of my site when installing the demo contant.
Please make sure you are using our new demo content import method as described in this topic https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/demo-install-problem/#post-15581 which doesn’t delete existing site content.
The theme made a backup though, but when i try to install the backup nothing happens. Can you have a look?
Could you please how have you taken a backup and how are you restoring it?
Are you getting any error message when you try to restore it?

There isn’t any difference between them but may be the existing CSS code added there conflicting with our above shared CSS code so you can try adding the shared CSS code at the top of the existing CSS code.
Then please try using below custom CSS code.

I hope all is well. For some reason the “Portfolio” in my website is not working. I had set it up before, but I recently logged in again and everything I had added to the portfolio is not there anymore.
I logged in to your site again using shared updated credentials and found this was happening because the portfolio Unyson extension was deactivated as shown in the attached screenshot.
I reactivated it and the portfolios are displaying fine now on your site.
I visited some portfolios but didn’t see any issues in it so could you please share me the exact page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
Then please try increasing the value 1100px in the above CSS code or contact the plugin developer which displays those social sharing buttons.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I could confirm the issue on my test site that the Blog posts 5 columns feature is not working as shown in the attached screenshot therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
