I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I currently set header 2 (Header with a top bar) to display as default in my theme settings, but none of my pages are changing to header 2. I checked my header settings for each page and they are all set to use “Default”. Do you know what is wrong?
I access your site and it seems you have set Header 1 on your site and not Header 2.
To troubleshoot it i tried to login to your site using provided credentials but the credentials are not working for me.
Could you please make sure that the provided credentials are correct and working?
Also, am I able to add my own content such as a button in the top bar too?
You have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme to achieve this.

Shufflehound teamThis can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson & Revolusion slider plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also try resolving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.home .rev_slider iframe { opacity: 1 !important; visibility: inherit !important; }I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can use it by typing the category name in the input field as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure you are using following latest version of theme and latest versions of plugins.
If the issue still persists then could you please share the screenshots of it and Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

I am having problems with external products. The gap between description and Buy button is too big. How can I make them look exactly the same like the rest of the products?
It seems this is happening because of the woocommerce-tm-extra-product-options plugin you are using on your site so could you please try temporary disabling it?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
To install demo content, are you using the method “Demo Content Install” or “Import Demo Data”?
Could you please try using both of these methods and if you still get the issue then please share me the screenshot of the error message so that i can troubleshoot it?
