Content is saved in the database and updating theme or WordPress doesn’t affect it.

Please make sure you are using latest version of Unyson plugin and its extensions.
Also i can see you are using child theme on your site. This can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Gillion theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
