I could confirm the issue on your shared site.
Please make sure you are using latest version of theme and clear the WP rocket cache that you are using on your site.
Have you made any changes in the theme files or using child theme?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I visited your site and disabled the slider but don’t see flags anywhere.
Please advise.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It gets collapsed for external page menu links but not for the menus having internal page links like home page section links because in that case the site does not get loaded again so you have to close it manually on clicking on the close menu button as shown in the attached screenshot.

When I go into staging I can see them but then I get this error….

The error occurs when server allocates less than required maximum execution time to PHP so try increasing maximum execution time by using following solutions and if the solutions don’t help then contact your web host to increase it.

The submenus on our site are not showing when you hover over the arrow.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
Also, the side menu shown on the demo is no where to be found. If it’s custom code, why is this not given to us (this is the whole reason the company chose this theme).
We were planning on having our site live today…
This is not theme feature but custom so not available to use for theme users but we have added this as a feature request so that it will be implemented in the future version of theme.</div>
