It seems happening because of the below custom CSS code that you are using on your website by adding it in the theme settings so please remove the CSS code to display it.

I visited your shared website on the Chrome browser and it displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache and deactivating the browser extensions.

Could you please check whether the set logo image displays fine in the media library of the website?
Also, please try setting a bit larger logo image.
