Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Yes, sure.
Hi @DIGITURG,

Hi @savethecat,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I am not sure what’s the difference.
Is it working fine for you now?
Hi @davidsatta,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The post view is counted on every post page load and only when it is enabled.
The Google analytics counts it differently and it seems you are checking it for the specific date range.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The mobile menu works fine now on your website as shown in the attached screenshots.
It seems the two galleries are created differently therefore the one is not working.
Could you please tell me how you are creating them and are you using the same method?
Hi @davey1975,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
When the AMP plugin is activated we lose all of our mobile sections. When it is deactivated we lose speed.
What is the best way to build the main page so that we have a responsive layout that loads both mobile and desktop versions quickly with the amp or lazy loading plugin enabled.
Please try changing AMP mode in the AMP plugin settings.
Also, we have specified Lazy Loading “ON” in the theme settings but pagespeed insights returns a score of 95 on desktop and 49 on mobile, and that images are not being lazy loaded.

Could you please do it again now so that I can troubleshoot it and also temporarily deactivate the SG Optimizer’s cache plugin?
Hi @jtuttle,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems the theme jQuery script is causing the issue as jQuery is updated in the latest WordPress version 5.5
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Please clear SG Optimizer’s cache and your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
Also, please tell me exactly what issue you face with the Smart Slider 3 using the latest version of the theme and make sure you are using the latest version of the Smart Slider 3 plugin.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

On teachingofceylon.com, I uploaded the Jevelin theme 4.8.01 that you included and I de-activated the Classic editor and cleared the browser cache – and my site issues still remain. It didn’t work.
My home page content on teachingsofceylon.com is still “stacked” as opposed to having rows each with an image on one side and text on the other (see creatingfromtheinsideout.com – which is how it should look aside from having the one large image at the top beneath the navigation.)
What it’s supposed to have at teachingsofceylon.com is the large image on top, then a row with an image on one side (of a person) and text on the other side, and then another row below that with an image on the one side and text on the other and so on.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Additionally, I don’t understand why the Gutenberg editor is not working like it did before. I can’t even create or modify the page the way I could (creating sections and then columns in 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 and then add elements to those cells.) That functionality is now gone whether I have the Classic Editor plug in activated or not.
But somehow my design is correct and in-tact on my first install of Jevelin at creatingfromtheinsideout.com even though it was also updated to WP 5.5.1. Plus the Gutenberg editor is still working as it was.
Could you please share the screenshot of what is not working in the Gutenberg editor so that I can help you?

Hi @adarsh_envato,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can reduce the header size by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-header:not(.sh-header-4):not(.sh-header-5):not(.sh-header-6) .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a { padding-top: 15px; padding-bottom: 15px; }
